Liberty Insurance entered the Vietnamese market and experienced tremendous growth, quickly becoming a top 10 local auto and health insurer. To truly reflect their international brand standard and growing service offering, they needed to take their brand to the next level by improving their brand image, service offerings and customer services online.
Result
red developed a clearly branded, innovative, multi-function, user-friendly and informative website design, which empowered clients, prospects and partners to learn more about Liberty's products and services. red also developed a powerful content management system to enable Liberty's staff to easily manage the website content updates. red then designed and developed an online platform and mobile application to allow customers to conveniently request an auto-insurance quotation via their PC or Mobile SmartPhone and successfully launched an advertising campaign to support the whole effort resulting in a considerable increase in sales inquiries and sales.
